Keeping your print shop organized and efficient just got easier. The latest InfoFlo Print software updates introduce key improvements that help you automate daily operations, reduce ticket clutter, and gain more control over invoices and lead management.
Here’s a detailed look at what’s new:
Automatic Ticket Closure After Inactivity
Managing support tickets now requires less manual work. Every night at 10 PM, InfoFlo Print scans all open tickets where your team was the last to respond.
If a customer hasn’t replied within seven days, the system automatically closes the ticket and adds a comment explaining that it was closed due to inactivity.
This automation removes outdated tickets from your queue, letting your team focus on active issues and improving overall efficiency.
Vendor “Request for Quote” Display Fix
We fixed an issue where vendors revisiting their quote links didn’t see the values they previously entered.
Now, when a vendor returns to a request-for-quote page, the system displays the exact prices they submitted. This ensures transparency and accuracy in your quoting process, reducing confusion for both your team and vendors.
Improved Leads Pipeline Auto-Setup
The Leads Pipeline now organizes your CRM more effectively. Using the Auto Setup option creates a clear hierarchy:
-
Contacts display their associated Accounts.
-
Leads have a dedicated section with Lead Status nested inside.
This structure helps you track progress, manage communications, and follow up with leads more efficiently.
New Invoice Late Fee Feature
InfoFlo Print now lets print shops automatically apply late fees to overdue invoices.
To enable this feature:
-
Navigate to Settings → Invoice Settings.
-
Enable Invoice Overdue Fee.
-
Enter the late fee percentage.
-
Add a custom label for the invoice line item.
Once enabled, the system automatically inserts the late fee as a line item when invoices become overdue. The fee applies only once per invoice and syncs seamlessly with QuickBooks. You can also remove the fee manually, and the system won’t reapply it.
Bug Note
During testing, we identified a minor bug where the system applied a late fee if a print shop manually changed an invoice due date. We will fix this in an upcoming update to ensure fees apply only when invoices become overdue naturally.
Final Thoughts
These InfoFlo Print software updates focus on automation, accuracy, and efficient workflows. By implementing these features, you can save time on repetitive tasks, maintain a cleaner ticket system, and manage leads and invoices more effectively.
Stay tuned for future updates as we continue enhancing InfoFlo Print to support your print shop’s success.
