Customer Portal #

The customer portal refers to the personal accounts created for each contact in InfoFlo. This is where customers approve designs/estimates, make payments and place orders. Located under Settings->Customer Portal these settings allows you  precise control over the customer experience.

Customer Portal Color Settings #

Order Step Font Color #

Controls the color of the customer portal order step header text.

Order Step (Active) Font Color #

Controls the color of the currently selected customer portal order step header text.

Controls the background tab color of the customer portal order step.

Controls the background tab color of the currently selected customer portal order step.

Submit Area Background Color #

Controls the background color of both the checkout area “continue” button and the order/estimate “submit” button.

Controls the color of the submit/proceed button of the customer portal order checkout section.

Controls the background color of the second step “Shipping” segment headers.

Controls the text color of the second step “Shipping” segment headers.

Reverts the product selection menu on the customer portal new order page to the classic format.

Step1 #

Changes the tab title for the first step of the customer order process, “product review”
